Return/ Refund Policy for Manufactured Items

1. Eligibility for Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with a manufactured item, you may return it under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Returns must be requested within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags and labels attached. Any signs of use or damage may result in a refusal of the return.

2. How to Initiate a Return

3. Shipping Instructions

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds and Exchanges

  • Refunds: Custom made products are not eligible for a refund or return unless they have been made incorrectly. Brought in product lines will be refunded only if the product can be returned to the original supplier less a restocking fee.  rPlease allow [5-10] business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange the item for another product, please specify the desired item when contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
