Non-Responsibility for Powder Coated Products Completed by External Suppliers

However, our responsibility and liability are strictly limited to the products and services we directly provide. This policy outlines our position regarding powder-coated products that have been completed by suppliers other than our Company.

This policy applies to all powder-coated products that are processed, manufactured, or otherwise handled by suppliers other than Metal Roofing & Building Supplies. This includes, but is not limited to, products purchased, coated, or otherwise treated by third-party vendors.

2. Limitation of Liability:

Metal Roofing & Building Supplies will not be held responsible for:

- The quality, finish, or durability of powder-coated products completed by other suppliers.

- Any defects, imperfections, or performance issues related to the powder coating applied by other suppliers.

- Any delays or additional costs arising from issues with powder-coated products handled by third-party vendors.

- The adherence to specifications or standards of the powder coating applied by other suppliers.

3. Client Acknowledgment:

By engaging in transactions or agreements with Metal Roofing & Building Supplies Pty Ltd that involve powder-coated products from other suppliers, clients acknowledge and accept that:

- Metal Roofing & Building Supplies Pty Ltd assumes no responsibility for the quality or condition of the powder coating applied by third-party suppliers.

- Any concerns or issues related to the powder coating must be addressed directly with the respective supplier who performed the coating.

4. Recommendations:

For optimal results and to avoid potential issues, Metal Roofing & Building Supplies Pty Ltd recommends that clients:

- Verify the credentials and quality standards of any third-party suppliers used for powder coating.

- Conduct thorough inspections of powder-coated products prior to acceptance.

- Address any quality concerns or issues with the supplier responsible for the powder coating.
