Bradford Thermoseal ResiWrap is an extra heavy duty, pliable, multi-purpose, reflective foil membrane specifically designed for use in residential dwellings as either a roof sarking or premium wall wrap for external brick veneer walls. This product is suitable for use below metal roof sheet or concrete roof tiles, however is not suitable for use with slate roof tiles. Thermoseal ResiWrap consists of an extra heavy duty polymer weave membrane, laminated to a layer of aluminium foil using a flame retardant adhesive. The product has a green backing to eliminate glare during installation and when installed with an air space adjacent to the reflective (low emittance) foil surface it can provide an air-gap R-Value.
